    We map one workflow end-to-end, write the versioned prompt, and connect it to your CRM, telephony, calendar, and ticketing — the unglamorous bit nobody else does. You owe us a fixed pilot fee and one kickoff call.

  2. Week 2

    Live on real traffic

    The agent handles production volume with a human in the loop. We instrument latency, regression checks, and accuracy — you watch the dashboard, not a deck. You owe a single review meeting and sign-off before production.

  3. Week 3+

    Production, flat fee

    If the pilot hits the bar, we hand off to a flat monthly engagement. No open-ended statement of work, no hourly meter. You owe a flat monthly fee and one quarterly review. Most projects live in under six weeks.
